We employ men and women who produce food for other people. We have created a comfortable and enabling work environment for our employees promoting their professional development and encouraging dedication.
While our operations are not hazardous, we do our best to provide a safe working environment for our employees. We have implemented a group-wide occupational safety policy that has brought accidents and injuries in the workplace to a minimum. All operating companies of the group have been extensively audited and issued with relevant permits and licences certifying their compliance with applicable occupational safety and environmental sustainability requirements. Our occupational safety and environmental sustainability specialists regularly monitor compliance with our stringent occupational and environmental standards at all operating companies. We consistently improve and upgrade our occupational safety criteria under the guidance of the State Occupational Service of Ukraine and the State Environmental Inspectorate.
