Harvest 2025

As of now, Ukrainian farmers have harvested 76% of grain crop areas, collecting 40.2 million tons of grain. This includes:

  • Wheat: 22.8 million tons

  • Barley: 5.37 million tons

  • Peas: 661 thousand tons

  • Corn: 10.36 million tons

Corn yields nationwide have risen to 6.15 t/ha.

Regarding oilseeds, a total of 15.63 million tons has been harvested:

  • Sunflower: 8.37 million tons

  • Soybeans: 3.94 million tons

  • Rapeseed: 3.32 million tons

Farmers have also harvested 6.79 million tons of sugar beets from 130 thousand hectares — 66% of the planted area.


Agricultural Highlight of November

From November 9 to 15, Agritechnica 2025 in Hanover will showcase the latest innovations in digital farming, automation, robotics, and artificial intelligence.

Digital tools = lower costs, higher yields

  • 90% of German farmers already use digital technologies to boost productivity and promote sustainable agricultural development.

  • AI use in agriculture is rapidly expanding.


Ukrainian Dairy Sector

Ukraine’s dairy sector continues to grow steadily — average milk yields per cow increase year after year. Farmers and agribusinesses are adopting modern technologies, automated systems, and high-performance breeds.

These are more than just numbers — they reflect resilience, dedication, and progress. Ukrainian milk is becoming a competitive, European-quality product.
