By 2020, Ukraine expects to receive at least $8 billion of investments in the agricultural sector

On April 28, according to the press service of the Ministry, Mr. Oleksiy Pavlenko, Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, stated that by 2020, Ukraine expects to receive at least $8 billion of investments in the agricultural sector.

According to him, the key foreign companies that are already actively investing in Ukraine are DuPont Pioneer, Cargill, Bunge, Monsanto, John Deere, Agco.

“Seeding industry, production of agricultural machinery, alternative fuel sources, energy- efficient technologies — all are among actively invested areas”, — the minister added.
