Today, farmers in all regions of Ukraine have started their harvesting process. Early grains and legumes have been threshed on an area of 5927 thousand ha, 19094 thousand tons of grain of new harvest has been collected, including:

• Wheat has been threshed on an area of 3760 thousand hectares, 13123 thousand tons has been harvested;
• Barley has been threshed on an area of 2008 thousand hectares, 5616 thousand tons has been harvested;
• Rye has been threshed on an area of 28 thousand hectares, 65 thousand tons has been harvested;
• Oats have been threshed on an area of 11 thousand hectares, 19 thousand tons been harvested;
• Peas were trashed on an area of 120 thousand hectares, 271 thousand tons been harvested.

In addition, rapeseeds have been threshed on an area of 716 thousand hectares, the new harvest amounts to 1634 thousand tons.

Farmers in Odessa, Mykolaiv, Dnipropetrovs’k and Zaporizhzhya regions harvested more than 2 million tons of grain, Kherson, Kirovograd, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions harvested more than 1 million tons of grain.
