The lawsuits brought by Gramercy Funds Management LLC and its affiliates against Mr Oleg Bakhmatyuk, Mr Nicholas Piazza, Mr Oleksandr Yaremenko, SP Capital Management LLC, TNA Corporate Solutions LLC, and/or Maltofex Ltd have been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice. The parties entered into a confidential settlement agreement in connection therewith.

With litigation now behind Mr. Bakhmatyuk, the company can now more freely negotiate with creditors and focus on growing and rebuilding its business after it lost approximately half of its value due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. According to shareholder Oleh Bakhmatyuk, today marks an important step forward for the future of the company.

"Ukrlandfarming" is one of the largest agricultural holdings in Ukraine, which continues to work despite multibillion-dollar losses caused by Russia's military aggression against Ukraine. In particular, we are talking about the largest poultry farm in Europe, Chornobayivska (Kherson Region), where 4.5 million poultry died due to the invasion of the Russian Federation, property and communications were destroyed, and the equipment was taken by the occupiers to the territory of the Russian Federation.

Also, the enemy destroyed a number of poultry farms in other regions: poultry farms in Mykolaiv region, Donetsk region (Poultry farms "Donetsk", also in Volnovas and Bakhmut) were destroyed, looted or seriously damaged due to shelling. poultry farms in Kyiv region. 160,000 hectares of arable land were lost for agro-industrial production, regional bases and elevators were destroyed and looted in Kherson, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhya, and Kharkiv regions, as well as in Kyiv region and near Kyiv.

In addition, the enemy destroyed the company's production bases in a number of regions, and agricultural machinery and motor vehicles, material assets were stolen and taken away by the Russians, repeatedly hit the company's elevators with rockets. The total losses from the military aggression of the Russian Federation for the enterprise are estimated at about 1.2 billion dollars.
