Ukraine can produce 100-120 million tons of grain annually. This opinion was expressed by the president of the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation, Mr. Leonid Kozachenko, "RBC-Ukraine" agency reports.

“In order to achieve this kind of results we need to attract approximately $25 billion worth of investments into the grain industry. And, this is very possible.”- said the expert.

Mr. Kozachenko has also noted that annually global investments into agriculture are approximately $145 billion. Ukraine has a potential to receive a significant portion of this sum. In order to receive it, according to the president of UAC, Ukraine has already initiated development of the necessary legislative framework.
