Due to unfavorable weather in France crop condition continues to deteriorate. Namely, condition of corn has deteriorated significantly-in “satisfactory” condition were 72% last week, and 67% this week. Barley has also been affected by poor weather – “well to do” portion of spring crop decreased to 78%; and, winter barley fell by 2 p.p., to 65%.
Wheat continues to grow slowly. By May 20, only 35% of soft-grained wheat entered the earing stage, against usual 85%; and, for hard-grained - 46%, compared to the usual 100%.

In the result of such a sluggish growth of crops may have some significant impact on the quantity and quality of the future harvest.
