The President of Ukraine participated in opening ceremony organized by Ukrlandfarming for the third stage of the elevator in the Sumy region.
June 4-th, the third stage of one of Europe's largest elevator complexes was officially opened. This facility is one of the seven elevator complexes of UkrLandFarming - the largest agricultural holding in Eurasia owned by businessman Oleg Bakhmatuk.
"We will wait for the harvest to see the complex loaded" - quoted the state's press service of the President.
According to Oleg Bakhmatuk, construction elevator was a part of a large-scale investment program of UkrLandFarming, aimed to develop and modernize a grain infrastructure.
"A grain elevator in town Stepanivka, Sumy region is not only the largest but also the most technologically advanced and highly productive in Europe. Although the storage capacity produced by Grain Systems Inc and Chief Industries (USA) are the largest in the world".
