UKRLANDFARMING PLC closed a Eurobond tap issue for $150 mn. Maturing in 5 years and a coupon rate of 10.875%, the tap issue is consolidated with the initial issue and form a single series.

The tap issue also has the format Reg S/144A and is listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

The placement was organized by Sberbank CIB and Deutsche Bank
