According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, as of July 25th, 2012 there was 19.47 million tons of grains harvested from an area of 8.23 million hectares, with an average yield of 23.6 c/ha.
In particular, by the same date of the current year, farmers have cultivated 1.05 million hectares of winter barley (99% of the plan). Harvest is 2.91 million tons; yield - 27.6 c/ha.
With an average yield of 33.3 c/ha with an area of 5.57 million hectares (86%) there was 18.55 million tons of winter wheat harvested.
Spring barley has been harvested from an area of 1.6 million hectares (72%). By that date, there is 3 million tons of grain harvested, with an average yield of 18.8 c/ ha.
With an area of 36.2 hectares (23%) there was 70.9 thousand tons of spring wheat collected. Average yield - 19.6 c/ ha.
Farmers have also harvested 415.6 thousand tons of rye. There was 167.7 thousand hectares (59%) cultivated, with an average yield of 24.8 c/ ha.
164.4 thousand hectares of peas (88%) has been threshed. Gross harvest was 254.1 million tons; yield - 15.5 c / ha.
Oats has been harvested from an area of 74.8 thousand hectares (30%). The yield was 123.3 thousand tons; yield - 16.5 c / ha.
In addition, from 916.4 thousand hectares (95%) there was 2.06 million tons of rape harvested, with an average yield 22.6 c / ha.
