Since the beginning of 2013/14 MY and up until April 7, Ukraine exported over 27 million tons of grain. The press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine reports.
In particular, according to the report, export of wheat was 7.879 million tons, corn- 17.703 million tons, barley- 2.153 million tons.
Also, 1.096 million tons of grain is in the port elevators (335 thousand tons of wheat, 88 tons of barley, 664 tons of corn), another 176 thousand tons have already been loaded onto ships.
Thus, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, the volume of already exported and export- ready grain amounts to 29.3 million tons (wheat- 8.2 million tons, barley- 2.2 million tons, corn- 18.5 million tons).
