In the past 7 month of 2014, production of meat in Ukraine has increased by 6.2% — up to 1.8 million tons — the State Statistics Committee
In January-July 2014, production of meat in Ukraine (excluding the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol) compared to the same period in 2013, increased by 6.2% and reached 1 809.6 thousand tons. This has been reported by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine.
In the past seven months milk production was 6 673.9 thousand tons, which is 1% more than in the same period in 2013. Egg production, in the reporting period, increased by 8.1% annually and amounted to 12 486.5 million units.
