Such statement has been made on April 7 by the head of business projects of «APK-Inform» IA, Mr. Rodion Rybczynski, at the press conference of «APK-Inform» IA and Ukrainian Grain Association devoted to «The results of Ukrainian-American Agricultural Congress.
